64SEVEN USER AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION

This User Agreement ('Agreement') is a legally binding contract between you ('User,' 'you,' or 'your') and 64seven LLC ('64seven,' 'Company,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our') regarding your use of the 64seven fantasy chess platform and services available through our website and related applications (collectively, the 'Service').

BY REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

64seven provides a fantasy chess platform where Users can:

• Select real chess players participating in tournaments;
• Participate in fantasy competitions;
• Compete against other Users;
• Track performance and standings based on the real-world performance of selected chess players.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service.

2.2 Jurisdiction: You must not access or use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where participation in fantasy sports competitions is prohibited or restricted by law.

2.3 Account Holders: You may create and maintain only one account. The account holder must be the same person who participates in the Service.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. This may include your name and email as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 Scoring: Scoring is based on the real-world performance of selected chess players in designated tournaments.

4.4 Results Finality: Final tournament results, as determined by the official tournament organizers, will be used for scoring purposes.

4.5 Modifications: 64seven reserves the right to modify competition structures due to changes in the underlying chess tournaments (e.g., player withdrawals, tournament cancellations).

5. CONDUCT POLICIES

5.1 Fair Play: Users must compete honestly and independently.

5.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Collusion with other Users;
• Use of automated systems or bots to make selections;
• Multiple accounts operated by the same person;
• Use of insider information not publicly available;
• Any attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or abuse the Service.

5.3 Penalties: Violations may result in disqualification from competitions, account suspension, or permanent ban from the Service.

5.4 Identity Verification: We may require proof of identity (e.g., ID, address) at any time; failure to provide it within 7 days may result in suspension or termination.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by 64seven LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.2 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service.

8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, 64seven LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.2 Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement at any time by closing your account and discontinuing use of the Service.

10.3 Termination by 64seven: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

10.4 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

11.1 Modifications: We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the Service.

11.2 Notice: We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email.
